How to use bali gum paint
After brushing your teeth, apply and massage the gum paint onto your gums with your finger or a cotton applicator and do not rinse or eat anything for at least 7 to 10 minutes. This helps the gum paint to be absorbed into the gums and reduces pain in the gums, making them firmer.
