Shipping & delivery
Shipping charges are given on the website apply to the order’s package weight up to 500gm. If the weight exceeds 500gm, then you will have to pay more for the shipping as per the charges are given below. In such case, our team will inform you before shipping.
Shipping charges as per the order package’s weight are given below:-
Normal shipping charge (for whole India)=Rs.88 for the first 500 gm. Delivery time: 2 – 3 working days once we ship.

Refund & cancellations-
At 24buyonline.in, our team ensures processing correct items as per order. We also strongly recommend that the items are checked at the time of delivery. We are happy to issue a refund based on the Situations listed below:
- Product(s) delivered do not match your order.
- Received a defective item;
- The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;
- The ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.
Please Note: Once we have received your returned item we will issue a refund to the payment method which you have furnished to pay for the order. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to show on your account.
Note: If you see that you are getting the damaged item on delivery, then do not accept the product delivery because we do not guarantee any refund or replacement in case if you accept the damaged item.

Pricing
