Kaharwa Pishti is an Ayurvedic medicine, prepared from amber. It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of menorrhagia, metrorrhagia, diarrhoea etc. This medicine should only be taken strictly under medical supervision. This is also called as Trinakantamani pishti.
Ingredients of Kaharwa Pishti
When it comes to its ingredients, the main ingredient of this medicine is Kaharwa (Trinkant Mani) – Amber of succinite and it is the only ingredient which gives Kaharwa Pishti all its merits. Although, Kaharwa (Trinkant Mani) is the main ingredient used in this medicine the use of another ingredient in the preparation of this medicine can’t be denied. The other ingredient used in the preparation of Kaharwa Pishti is Gulab Ark (Rosewater) – Rosa cent folia. This ingredient is called Gulab Jala in Hindi. The mixtures of these two ingredients give this medicine a kind of potency which can be used in various diseases. Now let’s move to another section.
Side effects:-Headache, fever, cold, pain sometimes.
